Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – original

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

This course prepares students to recognize and provide care for cardiac arrest and choking involving adults, children and infants. Combining instruction and hands-on learning, students have the opportunity to practice and demonstrate skill competency required for certification. It is a two-year certification recommended for nurses, doctors, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), nursing students, lifeguards, medical office staff, and anyone required to have or is interested in the certification.

Cost: $75.00 (additional charge for textbook if needed) (No charge for MAS employees)

Payment: Due the day of the class or pay online.  Check, cash or credit card accepted.

Text: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (20-1102 – $20) through Mohawk Ambulance or laerdal.com. Students must have the book available before, during and after class.

Class size is limited.  Please be on time for class.  Due to the amount of content covered, students will not be permitted to participate in a class that has already started.
