Cancellation Policy

Mohawk Ambulance Service will provide a full refund for a student who withdraws from a class up to 48 hours before the class. If student withdraws within 24-48 hours of the class, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No refund will be provided when a student withdraws within 24 hours of the class. (Cancellation Policy does not apply to students enrolled in EMT course.)

EMT Students Cancellation Policy

Mohawk Ambulance Service tuition for the EMT class must be paid upon enrollment in the class for all students. For any student who withdraws from the EMT class, a refund will be issued utilizing the following schedule.

  • Prior to start of class — refund of full tuition
  • Between 1 and 8 hours of class — refund of 75% of tuition
  • Between 9 and 16 hours of class — refund of 50% of tuition
  • Greater than 16 hours of class — no refund of tuition
