A Well Trained and Competent Staff Mohawk
Ambulance Service employs more than 180 people trained to meet
your
emergency medical services and transportation needs with three strategic
locations in Albany, Schenectady and Troy. Our Paramedics have over 1000 hours of advanced life support and medical training and are certified in advanced cardiac life support.
Our EMT's have all satisfactorily completed a minimum of 110 hours of intensive medical emergency training and passed the stringent New York State Department of Health examinations.
Not only do our EMT's and Paramedics go through intensive medical training and certification by New York State, they must also go through a rigorous internal training program at Mohawk Ambulance as well.
Mohawk also maintains a highly skilled staff in both administration and dispatch.
